While I love elite sports, I am mostly passionate about community participation; for you to feel strong, safe and happy to access your community whether it be for a walk, coffee, gym session or theatre. It’s about doing the everyday things that bring us the mini joys and victories.
I am passionate about empowering women and men in pelvic health. Providing strategies in managing persistent pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction and sexual dysfunction.
Working as a women’s and men’s pelvic floor physiotherapist I strive to provide a patient-centred approach to overcoming pelvic floor dysfunctions.
