Hi there! I’m Tara, a dedicated Chinese Medicine practitioner, herbalist and wellness enthusiast.
My journey has been a dynamic exploration of knowledge, fuelled by a profound passion for health. With three bachelor’s degrees in Psychology, Health Science, and Chinese Medicine (Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture), I enjoy weaving together ancient wisdom and modern science to create a holistic and integrative approach to health.
Having personally navigated health and fertility challenges, I discovered the power of Chinese medicine and holistic healthcare. This journey ignited my passion in a holistic healing approach—one that doesn’t fragment the mind, body, and spirit but nurtures them as an interconnected whole.
If you are looking for a safe space to be heard, supported and nurtured, I invite you to embark on your wellness journey with me. Beyond mere symptom relief, let’s delve into the holistic being and together, we’ll explore the profound impact of diet, lifestyle adjustments, acupuncture, and herbal medicine to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my partner and young daughter (who keeps me really busy). I love travelling and have spent 15 years of my life living overseas. I love cooking, staying fit, spending time in nature and my naughty beagle dog.
