Before your first consultation
To help provide us with necessary information you will be emailed a patient registration form and other relevant forms/information sheets to complete and return prior to your initial consultation with us. If you are unable to print or complete these forms please arrive 10 minutes early and we can provide copies for you.
Our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 4pm Friday. We do not consult in the evenings or on weekends.
Fees
We will provide you with a schedule of fees prior to your first consultation. We will also ask your consent to proceed with your booking in light of our fee structure and we can process your Medicare claims online at time of payment. You may also choose to see us if you are a self-funding patient.
Appointment times
Our doctors make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time, however appointments may be delayed or rescheduled if the doctor needs to attend to another patient in hospital, or perform a delivery. Our secretaries will attempt to notify you of appointment delays or changes where possible. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and ask you to allow sufficient time to accommodate any unexpected delays.
