To attend an appointment at our practice you will first need a referral from a general practitioner (GP) – please either email your referral through to referrals@ogcg.com.au or fax to 03 9329 6677. Once we receive your referral we will call you (usually within 2-3 business days) to book you in with the most appropriate Specilaist to address your issue. *Please make sure you provide a contact number on your referral.
